So guys, today I’d love to share with you my yummy dish. It is called rice and spaghetti spiced with turmeric. You are marveled right? A combination of a long, thin, solid and cylindrical pasta and a cereal grain. Even I myself have not taken a meal as such before but trust me it was heaven. I just decided to try something new with an urge from a coconut head friend of mine who won’t just stop coming up with a new way of doing stuffs.

Rice is an edible starchy cereal grain or seed gotten from the grass species, Oryza Sativa. Roughly one half of the world’s population and virtually all of East and Southeast Asia is dependent on rice as a staple food.
Rice is cooked by boiling or ground into flour. It can be eaten alone or with sauce or soup if grinded. This cereal contains enticing nutritional facts which is good for the body when consumed in the right proportion. It is greatly rich in carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamins and other essential nutrients. Spaghetti on the other hand is also a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine . It is made up of milled wheat and water, enriched with vitamins and minerals. It contains almost the same nutrient as rice. Turmeric on it’s own is medicinal and contains a great deal of magical nutrients that practically cast spells to keep you strong and healthy.
It is a flowering plant of the ginger family. A table spoon of this ingredient contains calories, protein, fiber, carbohydrate and minerals such as ; manganese, phosphorus and potassium. Preparing a sumptuous meal as above is no big deal if you follow me with an undivided attention.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of rice
1 pack of spaghetti
1/2 tablespoon of turmeric
1 handful of grinded crayfish
1 medium size onions
1 tablespoon of dry pepper or fresh pepper to taste
Seasoning cubes
Salt to taste
2 fresh eggs

PREPARATION
Like I said before, preparing this meal is a very simple and easy task to do.

Step 1
Make sure all ingredients are close and prepared.

Parboil your rice then reboil as seen in the image above, allowing it to get a bit tender. i.e. in between hard and soft. Add more water that will be enough to soften the spaghetti.

Break your spaghetti to your desired size, pouring it in the pot of rice. When you do this, you add your ingredients; Maggi, crayfish, salt, onions, pepper and stir carefully so as to mix the ingredient evenly, allowing it to boil.
After some minutes of boiling you add your turmeric for a healthy, appetizing and attractive sight. Cover and allow to boil till it's soft and the water is dried up. Boil your egg for 10-12 min.

Your spicy turmeric rice and spaghetti is ready to be serve. You can eat with any kind of meat or fish. But I chose boiled egg as a supplement
