Fried fish
Good evening steemians, How have you been? Hoping that you are all in a good health.
In cooking you need to start from the basic or the simplest recipe before learning complex recipe.
For now I would like to share on how to fried a fish . Frying fish is the simplest recipe in here in the Philippines because aside from having two ingredients in cooking this recipe, it takes a short time in preparing this. !
First, We need to clean the fish. We need to remove the intestine and the gills. If the fish you have chosen has scale, we need to remove the scale from the fish body.
Second, pour out 1 tablespoon of salt and lets make sure that the salt fills over the fish. Mixed it well until some salt will melt.
Third, put the fan into a medium of heat, wait until the fan becomes hot then pour out then oil and wait until the oil will become hot.
Forth, put the fish on the fan with an hot oil. Let the other face of the fish will be fried. If is already fried, you can now turn the fish to its other side.
Then if it is already fried you can now put it on a serving plate. Then serve.
Cooking is not easy but you will find it very fun if you really love and dedicated to learn.
