My First Entry || How to Make "Rice Flour Bread"

Today I am going to tell you how I made the Rice Flour Breads. It’s not too hard but a little time consuming. It does not require much material to make it requires a small number of ingredients. Let us first know the names of the ingredients. Thereafter we will see how to make them in process.

Ingredients :

• Rice Flour
• Salt
• Water

In case of 2 kilo flour, we need 2 tea spoon of salt & 1.5 litre water.

Step-1 is to boil water for 10 minutes.

---

Step-2 is to mix salt & rice flour in water.

---

Step-3 is to gelatinize the mixture.

---

Step-4 is to make a bar like a round balloon.

---

Step-5 is to cut it like a wheel and make it a little bigger again.

---

Step-6 is to make these and put them together.

---

Step-7 is to calorify on a pan in a stove one by one.

Now it is edible

• Usually we eat it more with hilsa fish. Sometimes we eat it with meat. You can say, we eat it in the traditional way in our country.
