1/4 de cebolla

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 potato
1/4 onion
Oil
Oregano
Salt
Margarine
French bread.
We cut the potato with a knife in the shape of very narrow fingers.
Also the 1/4 of onion in small pieces in the form of julienne.
We assemble to heat a deep frying pan with vegetable oil
When the oil is very hot, we chop the cut potato and wait for it to start to brown.
Then we add the onion pieces and a little oregano we leave together with the potatoes for a minute.
We beat the eggs for a few seconds with a pinch of salt and remove the excess oil and our potatoes from the pan.
Mix the fried potatoes with the beaten eggs and pour them into the pan with little oil.
We take pieces of French bread, chop in half, add margarine.
We mount the pieces of bread to toast on a griddle.
