Raw materials prepared
Cobia: 200g (about 2 slices of fish)
Tomatoes: 3 fruits
Pineapple: 1/2 fruit
Okra: 50g
Chili: 2 fruits
Purple onion: 3 bulbs

Tamarind
Spices: cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, seasoning seeds, fish sauce.

Process materials
Cobia bought, washed and drained. Season the fish with a little pepper, seasoning seeds and fish sauce. Leave for about 3 minutes for the fish to absorb spices.
Wash tomatoes, cut areca zone. Pineapple washed peeled, removed eyes, sliced to taste. Okra washed, chopped. Like chili we also washed, chopped. Aromatic herbs, remove the leaves deep, washed, cut into small pieces about 1 cm.
Red onion peeled and chopped.
How to cook saltwater fish soup
Step 1: Put a little cooking oil in the pot, hot oil add the purple onion to the scent, then add the tomatoes, stir
Step 2: Put the fish head together with tomatoes so that the fish can absorb spices and fish meat, and reduce fishy smell.

Step 3: Put boiling water in the pot, remember it is boiling. Add pineapple in together and then cover again for about 5 minutes.

Step 4: Boil water, you put okra and chili together. Season to taste, then add the sour tamarind slowly to taste the taste.
Step 5: Finally add the herbs, wait for 2 more minutes, then turn off the heat and bring out the bowl to enjoy.

How to make fried scallop fish with delicious fish sauce

Material:

Fish scallop 600gr

Herbs: Fresh lettuce, dill ...

1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes

Spices: fresh chili, fish sauce, garlic, white wine, spicy ginger, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, cooking oil

The last one is to mix fish sauce with fish sauce. You add garlic, minced chili, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, a little chopped ginger, ½ teaspoon of sugar and a little water in a small bowl, stir and add 1 teaspoon of seasoned lemon juice to make it fit. Or if you like sweet and sour, you can add tamarind to the sauce to increase the appeal of the dish.
