Hope everyone good and healthy.

As the holy month of Ramadan is passing i am trying to collect all its blessings by prayers and alot of food enjoyment in sehri and iftari as well, i must remember my nearby people as its our duty to do something for whose whom can not afford so that Allah blessed us more and more.
Lets start my tasty sehri and iftari routine.

Sehri

In sehri today i changed menu a little bit, as i prepared chicken potatoes stuffing in night, my husband requested me to cook yummy stuffed paratha because eating same dish bored a person. So, i cooked stuffed paratha. I served it with crushed pickle and also with honey, sweet and sour combination taste alot in the morning.

And offcourse my sehri is never completed withou a cup of tea, i normally take 3 to 4 cup of tea in a day, in Ramadan only one cup; therefore it refresh me and i can do my tasks.

Iftari

In this Holy month i always try to cook different dishes in iftari, although it bit hard to cook as the weather is getting warmer day by day. Anyhow i have to manged it.

I cooked somosa, rolls and fries in the iftar as i thought my fast is not complete without samosa. I have made it at home from outside food i got illed thats why i made it at home, it turned yummy and crispy.

Then i cooked potatoes vegetables cutlets, i have to send iftari to neighbours they like such food. So i have fried it little and aroma was so delicious.



Iftari could not complete without rice, i cooked chicken pulao in large quantity as to send my friends. Its aroma was also good. I cooked it in chicken stock in my, it taste more good to rice. And finally served it with youghrt chutney
