HOMEMADE LEMON FOOT

Tonight I bring you this delicious lemon pie recipe.
The materials of the dough that I will use are:
15 vanilla cookies
3 tablespoons of butter

The materials for the lemon filling are:
3 lemons
4 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 cups of milk

First we crush the cookie.

We melt the butter to join it with the cookie and it can be compacted

We will take the crushed cookie to mix it with the butter, that fusion will be the base of the lemon pie

It must be mixed very well to proceed to squash it in the buttered mold and create a flat surface

Now it should be covered and put in the fridge to rest and the cookie becomes hard.

Now we are going to make the filling, we put a pot on the fire with the water and add the sugar so that it dissolves. We add the cornstarch, milk and lemon in the pot, stir in the fire this to thicken. Then we will let it cool naturally. Then we will join it with the cookie and put it in the fridge for three hours
