*How to prepare a native African soup (ACHI/ OFO SOUP) and cassava floor*

Hello my lovely friends of steemfood
How are you guys doing? i wish each an everyone of us good health and prosperity.
Today I'm going to teach us how to prepare a local delicious soup it was not an easy task but I have to prepare it because I want my friends of steemfood from different parts of the world to know about this delicious and healthy food.
INGREDIENTS

  • The Oha leaf

  • Fresh pepper

  • Dry fish

  • Creyfish

  • Onion

  • Smoke fish

Method Of Preparation

  1. Wash meat thoroughly before steaming it with some slice of onions and seasonings
  2. Grind fresh papper together with creyfish
  3. Wash Periwinkle thoroughly with hot water and salt in other to be free from dirty
  4. Slice OHA leaves ready. After getting all this things ready,
  5. Add red oil in the pot then allow to heat small then add already sliced onions to it
  6. Then add the achi and Ofo to melt add water to stir
  7. Allow it to boil then add the meat, the fish, the Periwinkle, etc
    After some minutes, add the Oha leaf then allow about one minute then the soup is ready.

  8. Add water to kettle to boil
  9. Pour the hot water to a bowl then add the cassava floor and stir. Keep in stirring until it is ready to eat the you serve.
