BEANS AND PLANTAIN;a delicacy by @bytania | 23/05/2021

Hello dear steemians,how has your day been?
I want to share with you this lovely food,of beans and plantain. Everyone knows how they love theirs,either the plantain would be fried or boiled or rusted,either way it's always delicious (you can even add bread; mind-blowing!!)

INGREDIENTS
-beans
-plantain
-crayfish
-palm oil
-salt
-onion
-pepper

First
sort the beans if you need to then wash your beans and parboil it

Second
while the beans is on the fire parboiling,wash the plantain,peel it and chopped it,keep it aside

chop your onion

blend your crayfish,pepper
and keep them aside

Third
when the beans has parboiled you'll add your palm oil, crayfish,pepper,salt and chopped onion,give it 3 minutes

then you add the plantain,leave it to cook till beans is done
as the plantain is roped and chopped it would cook fast.

Can be eaten with bread,pap, custard. It's delicious!!
