Assalamualikum everyone. Today was a day of 1st Ramadan. I made a recipe in this day and wants to share this with you.

Peyaju is a very tasty food among snacks. It is very good to eat breakfast or any time in the afternoon. Today I will share the Peyaju recipe with you.

Ingredients for making Peyaju: -

  • Lentils
  • Onion
  • Chili powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chili powder
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Hot spice powder

I soaked the pulses in water for 3-4 hours and made a paste. Then I took the paste in a bowl.

In between I gave chopped onion, chilli, coriander and turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, garlic paste, hot spice powder.

Then I smeared all the ingredients together. After smearing them well, I put them aside.Then I put oil in the pan and put it in the oven.

After the oil was heated, I put it in the form of peyaju in the oil. I fried it on medium heat. When the peyaju's color turned brown, I took it down.

I arranged them on a plate. I made them on today's Iftar dish. It can also be eaten with normal sauce or salad.
