Hello lovers fo steem food,

It another great day and I would like to share with the house the recipe on how to prepare a Palatable Fried Rice. I hope you will all enjoy my food well. You can also follow my link @bridget44 to read my introductory post in the newcomers community.

Lets all follow these steps to cook a palatable fried rice.
**INGREDIENTS
two vups of long grain rice
Fresh chicken
Sausage
Carrot
Spring onion
Sardine
Remi fried rice spices
Garlic,Egg,maggic cubes
Green pepper and other important ingredients

These are some few steps I follow in prepare the food.

1.cut your green vegetable into slices and grind the chicken, garlic, onion.then add the grind chicken, garlic, and onion into a clean saucepan and steem it for a while.

Step two
Chop the carrot,green pepper, and spring onion into sizeable parts.

Step three
Use the stock of the boiled chicken to cook the rice. Then you add a little water and salt to cook the rice in 25 minutes on fire.

Step four

Put two tablespoons of vegetables oil on a medium,heat in the larger pan. Add the chopped spring onion, green pepper, onion, carrot and stir for a while. After that you add your eggs and Sardine to it and then you continue to stir it.

Step five
Add the cooked rice to the vegetables sauce you have made and add a dark soy to it and stir for a while for about 5 minutes.
At long last, your tasty fried rice and chicken is ready to serve for supper.

This was the final product of my food I prepared todayand it was awesome and I hope the people here will it and prepare some of it kind.
