Passive Fish
Hi everyone my menu today is called passive fish in Filipino "Paksiw na Isda" one of my favorite dish a very simple To cook just mixed the ingredients garlic, onion, ginger, vinegar,a bit of salt, green ,green chili,onion leaves then put in the pot and put in the gasul with slow Flame when little boil pour a little bit of cooking oil then off the gasul for ready to serve.
