Korean-style fried chicken
This is what I missed the most when I came to Boston a year ago. At least when I used to live in California, there was a Korean chicken restaurant nearby, but here, we couldn't find any until recently.
It's almost universally loved in Korea, and definetly one of the most popular dishes. There's even a slang called "Chineunim", which combines "chicken" and "Haneunim(Korean word for Abrahamic God)".
