[Traditional Food] Chapli Kabab |Recipe Exclusively for @steemfoods by @azizulhassan

Hello friends!

Today i am going to share with you guys my very own chapli kabab recipe. Yes this is a traditional food and all of you have ever heard about it as it is the famous dish of Pakistan and hence known as one of the traditional dish, so lets get into it..

INGREDIENTS

1. Mice
2. Onions
3. Garlic
4. Ginger
5. Tomatoes
6. maize starch

SPICES
1. Black pepper
2. Red chilli powder
3. Red chilli flaks
4. Salt
5. Garam masala
6. Dried coriander

DIRECTIONS

Now lets get into the method of how you will make some very tasty chapli kabab out of these ingredients.

STEP #1

Take a bowl and add mice to it than we will take 2 medium size onions and chopped them finely and add them into the mice.

Now we will take about 5-6 cloves of garlic and a small portion of ginger and make a paste out of it and add it o the bowl.

Now it time to add all the spices, remember spices play a vital role in making the taste of kabab awesome that's why we should take care of all the required spices.

STEP #2

We will mix all the spices, onions and garlic and ginger paste and meanwhile we will add 2 chopped tomatoes to it.

After mixing them all together we will add one egg into the ingredients and a cup of maze flour to it and will mix it well until combined.

STEP #3

Mix all the ingredients well and Now you can add some green chilies it is not necessary you can make it according to your taste.

STEP #4

Take some mixture in your hands it should not be more but according to your palm. Make a shape of kababs according to you I am making a rectangle shape and because I don't like my kababs to be very large.

STEP #5

Now we will take a pan and add some oil into it we will fry it but not a deep fry.

FINAL DISH

And there a very tasty and traditional chapli kabab are ready to served.
