STEEMFOODS || Pancit Canton at Bihon Recipe by @ayingferry
Bonjour Steemitfoodie friends!!! How are you all doing today? I wish you good health and happiness wherever you are today and always stay safe all the time.
For today, I'm going to share a cebuano recipe which is very affordable and easy to cook.
These are the ingredients needed:
• 1 kg of pork sliced in cubes
• 4 carrots
• 2 pieces of onion
• a whole piece of garlic
• 2 silver swan soy sauce
• 1 magic sarap granules for seasoning
• 1 ajino-moto seasoning
• a whole piece of cabbage
• 2 pieces of spring onion
• 1 kg of pancit canton
• 1 kg of bihon
• cooking oil
Before we cook!
Step 1, You need to put the Pancit canton and Bihon in a separate bowl and soak the noodles in the water for 5 minutes until they soften in texture.
Step 2, You mix the Pancit Canton and Bihon
Step 3, Sliced all the vegetables.
And now let's begin with the cooking procedure!
First, Ready the cooking pot which we gonna used in cooking on th fire. Put a little amount of oil then add the pork. Let it fry for a few minutes until it was a golden brown.
Second, season with salt according to your preference and add a dash of ajinomoto seasoning and magic sarap granules seasoning.
Third, put the garlic, onions, and carrots on the cooking pot. Fry and mix it well with the fried pork.
Mixing all together
Fourth, add the two pack of soy sauce and a dash of magic sarap granules seasoning. Mixed it and wait until the meat was slightly cooked.
Fifth, in the pot, add water and the cabbage. Let it boil and check until the meat is soft and tender.
Sixth, put the Pancit Canton and Bihon noodles in the pot. Mixed it with all the ingredients.and let it boiled for few minutes and now it ready to serve in your family and friends.
And lastly, garnish with some spring onions and serve!
And there you have it, My Pancit Canton at Bihon is now ready to serve! Let's eat everyone!!
