Traditional Food || Spicy Kofta Curry ( Meatballs ) Recipe
Hi
Today I am sharing a detailed recipe of traditional Food , Delicious Spicy Kofta Curry (Meatballs)
I cook this dish twice a month for my family and every one in family like to eat this so much 😋
How to Make Spicy delicious meatballs.
To make meatballs, first of all take a food processor or a blender Now add in it half onion cut it into thick pieces and add
1/2 Bunch green coriander
1 pcs Green chillies finely chop
Them in a food processor now add
1 Kg Beef or Mutton minced meat
I'm using Beef mince now fine the minced I'm a food processor make sure the minced meat is well washed and should be no water in it all otherwise , your meatballs will not be formed good .the mince has thinned now take it out in a bowl 🥣 As thin as minced will be formed good and will not break ,
Now add in minced meat .
1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin seed powder
Grind half a cup of fried chick peas powder add this will not break the meatballs and the taste will come great 😋Now mix these spices with minced meat if the meatballs don't be well made. So you can add an egg 🥚 and a little bit of oil in them for binding .
These spices are well mixed in the minced.
Now we make meatballs 👇
To make meatballs, first of all apply oil to hands now take the minced meat in your hand and press it make a ball of it and prepare all the meatballs in the same way you can easily make twenty four meatballs with( One kg of minced meat)
Now place these meatballs in the fridge if the meatballs become to much , keep them in a zipper bag and place them in the freezer .
And whenever you want to cook .take them out of the freezer and cook .🤭
To make kofta curry gravy 👇
To make gravy first of all take one soucepan and add in it .
(1 cup oil)
When the oil hot, add it
(1 pc Grinded onion)
Now fry the onion for two three minutes when the onion turns light brown add in it .
(1 tbsp Garlic paste)
(1tbsp Ginger paste)
Now cook them a little with onion now add 2 pcs well grinded tomatoes fry them for five minutes .
Now add spices, according to your taste
1 teaspoon salt , red chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masla powder
1 teaspoon cumin seed powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
4 pcs Black cardamom
3 pcs cinnamon sticks
Now mix all these spices .And fry them on medium heat for four to five minutes if the spices seems bottom, add a little water the spices is well fried Add 1 cup of well beared yogurt with spices for the five minutes .
Fry meatballs
This is optional. If we want, we can fry the meatball in cooking oil and add it to the curry, otherwise it is not necessary.
When the spices leave the oil, add 2 cups of water when two to three boils come in the water so add all meatballs in it ### one by one place the heat on the medium when adding the meatballs , now you don't strike the spoon in the meatballs for five minutes.
if you stir spoon into them, they will break. After five minutes stir the spoon very carefully into them and change their side .Now cover ,and cook on medium to high heat for fifteen to twenty minutes .
Cook for 15-20 minutes on medium to high heat
Because due to being thin the minced meat, they will repen quickly after fifteen minutes remove the lid and check them out now cook them on low heat for another five minutes .
So that the oil separate,
then Garnish
Green chillies 3 to 4 pcs
Green coriander as per taste
(Kofta cury ready)⁰ 😋
Try it , I hope you will like this delicious Food 🤩
