making potato cakes
Hello, good afternoon to all stemian friends wherever you are. Now, I want to tell you about a little of my activities today.

As a housewife, of course, cooking is one of the jobs that we usually do, so today I made a creation that is making cakes. Because this heart somehow wanted to eat cakes, so I checked into the kitchen to check the ingredients needed, and thankfully all the ingredients for making cakes were available.
Furthermore, without wasting any more time I just made it.

The ingredients for making cakes include:
- Potatoes
- Garlic
- Shallots
- Sop Leaves
- 1 egg
- Ground pepper
- Salt
How to process it is very easy, namely grind the onions and garlic until smooth. Then, the peeled potatoes are cut into pieces and then we fry them half-cooked, then drain them for about 2 minutes and then mash them. After that, mix the mashed potatoes with the ingredients that have been crushed until smooth with ground pepper, salt, and soup leaves, then we stir until well blended. Then we shape it into a cake shape.

After forming a cake, the next step is frying it, when frying we scrape an egg into the frying pan, then we immediately fry the cakes together with the egg.
Fry until cooked or until made into cakes.

When it is cooked, then remove and drain for a while. Just looking at it makes my stomach growl. Hehe 😁
The final step is to put it on a plate, and the cakes are ready to be served to eat with another lunch menu, of course we have to eat with our beloved family.
