Hello Steemian Foodies💞,

First of all I wish you all a very happy day. I am now going to share with you the food diary game article on 22nd February in this article. So I invite you to watch it and I will start writing the article now.

Breakfast

For breakfast I prepared a sugared ginger tea with rolls. In those days I had a cough so I could easily get rid of it with ginger.

Lunch

For lunch I ate lentils, meat and beans with rice. I did not prepare lunch that day. My mother had prepared lunch early. The reason was that as soon as I found out that my grandmother was sick and hospitalized, I left to go there.

After lunch I ate a yogurt. It made my mind feel cool.

Dinner

For dinner I prepared a pasta that day. You may have seen that I've made different shapes of pasta in different ways before. That day I had a bit of a spicy pasta recipes. There I picked carrots, beans and leeks as vegetables and fried them.
