Greetings from the Philippines! This is my first time to post a food diary here in the SteemFoods Community. I would like to share the food I prepared for my family for this night's dinner. The dish I prepared was Sauteed Bitter Melon with Egg. This dish is one of our eldest daughter's favorite. It is is easy to prepare and the ingredients are simple.

Ingredients:

Sliced Bittermelon
Minced garlic
Sliced onions
sliced tomatoes
ground pepper
fish sauce
salt
Egg

Procedures:

1.Saute garlic, onions and tomatoes.

2.Add the sliced Bittermelon.

3.Add ground pepper, fish sauce and salt to taste.

4.Mix a bit and allow to cook for few minutes.

5.Add the scrambled eggs. Then allow the eggs to cook for few minutes. Then it is done!

5.It is now ready to serve.

This is how quick and easy to prepare this dish. I know not all love bittermelon. But as for me and my family, this is one of our favorites.

Along with this meal I also cooked Fried chicken then paired with red rice. We were so full!

It always gives me a happy feeling seeing my family loved the food I prepared for them.
