The Food Diary Game Season 4/Dec 2,2021/My Complete Food Meal in a Day.
A pleasant and warmest Hello to @Steemitfoods community members.Hope that everyone is in good health.
Today I want to join the Food Diary Game and this is my first post in the community.Since I am a newbie Im still exploring the community and study the roles & regulations.
Breakfast
Early in the morning I wake up to prepare the breakfast of my kids and for me also because Im going to work.I decided to cook egg omelet.
I buy three eggs in my sister store 8php each so i paid
24php and we have a stock of edible oil in my home.
Procedure
Put the pan in fire and later put the oil in pan.
Whenthe oil is heating a little put the egg.Add a littke amount of salt in the egg.
The food is ready lets eat na and start a new day.
This is a simple and easy way to cook the egg specially when youre in hurry for work.Add your stomach with rice and a coffee a day!.
Lunch
During lunchtime i buy my dishes from the canteen since i bring my own rice from home.I can save a little amount.
This is my dish.
1 banana for 10php
1 pork lumpia for 5php
1 anchovy omellette for 20php
I enjoy eating together with my seatmate partner and co steemians @liamnov.While eating we talk about works and she discussing about steemits.
Dinner
Mostly when Im out from work it takes me long to wait the shuttle through my way home.So I decided to buy a ready to cook dish along MEPZA area.
2 chicken intestines with a flour for only 10php each
3 chicken thigh for only 15php each.
When I got home Im preparing the table for the dinner.
Together we eat with my mother & youngest daughter.
It was her favorite food a fried chicken.
