Today I made Paya curry so I thought share it with you guys. You must have heard the name of Paya. Paya curry is one of the most popular dish in Pakistan. I am sharing a paya curry recipe with you today and and i hope you all like it. You all must try the recipe at home.
Today we will make it small Paya with great weather. That too in my style. Let's get started.
First we will have a pot. Put three glasses of water in it. I have goat legs. Which is a lot of tasty. I put four goats Paya in the water. And we will soak your feet in water. It is very important to cook the Paya. If we do not eat it So there will be a stench inside it. You have to cook it for thirty minutes. After 30 minutes you have to put them in a pot.

6 and 7 Cup Water | 1 Cup Yogurt |
Now We make Paya Curry.
First you have to add Oil. You can add more or less. Now let's warm up for 30 seconds. Then after that we will mix the spices. We will add ginger, garlic and green chillies. I took a ginger and Took a garlic.We took three minutes Then you have to mix all three together and put it inside.
Then you have to cook it on low heat. You have to cook it for at least 15 seconds. Now we will add spices to it. I have two tablespoons of red spices and two tablespoons of hot spices. You have to add two tablespoons of cumin powder. Add two tablespoons of coriander powder.
Then you have to pour a glass of water. Then we have to mix the spices well. When the oil is hot This time we add spices. So there is a danger of burning examples at this time. We will shake it with great care and it will not burn.
You have to add two tablespoons of salt. If you want to add less salt, you can add work. Eating too much salt is not good for health anyway. So we will add only two teaspoons of salt. You can also put an onion in it.
You can put in the beginning and still put. I put two or three cups of water in it and cooked it. You can also add yogurt. Adding yogurt tastes good. When we put yogurt in it So you have to shake it quickly. Now you have to put the pie in this curry. More than 80% of the pies are cooked. Now you have to cook the feet well.
