So I read about this steemit mothers day special cake making competition on @steemfoods. So i have decided to make a cake for this contest as well as to suprise my mother too. So i put some efforts hopefully you all will like this.

Step I

Collect all the ingredients. Bourbon biscuits , sugar , harsheys syrup , Dark chocolate , gems , baking powder.

Step II

Then add biscuits in mixer and grind them all finely. And add some chocolate syrup to it and milk.

Step III

Take out all the mixture in a bowl in which you gonna bake the cake.

Step IV

Now add 1/2 table spoon baking powder to it. And mix it well.

Step V

Now add some finely grinded sugar into the mixture and mix it well.

Step VI

Then now lets make a setup for banking the cake without an oven. Take a deep container and put small bowl in it. On low flame for 15 min.

Step VII

Put the batter of cake into this baking setup. For 40 minutes.

Step VIII

Now lets make topping chocolate cream for it. Firstly take few pieces of dark chocolate and melt it.

Step IX

Now add some milk into it.

Step X

Now boil this mixture on low flame. For 2 minutes.

Step XI

Mix that cream well and it will take dark colour of chocolate. And mixture is ready.

Step XII

Meanwhile the cake is ready lets check it once and take it out in a plate we gona decorate that.

Step XIII

Now decorate the cake. With some gems and this chocolate syrup. And make the cake in heart shape by cutting it.

Step XIV

Clean the plate and make it wise.

Step XV

Glow a candle on it. And surprise your mom with this cute surprise.
