Mutton Ginger Recipe: How To Make Adraki Gosht At Home

Start by sauteing the chopped onion in oil till it is golden brown. Add mutton, ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder and fry the meat in the masala. Once the moisture from the meat has evaporated, pour the yoghurt. When oil forms a separate layer, season it with crushed pepper, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger and lemon juice.
