How to Make the Most Delicious Beef Steak in a Pan with Only Three Ingredients?

Today I will tell you how to cook the most delicious meal with beef steak in a pan. Beef steak needs to have a soft consistency first to be delicious, so I'm going to show you how to make a delicious steak today by applying the sealing technique. I want to talk briefly about the sealing technique. The sealing technique is used to cook for about 3-4 minutes until the redness is reduced on both sides of the meat in a hot pan. The main purpose of this technique is to ensure that the water in the meat does not come out and to make the food more delicious. Now I'll first talk about the ingredients we will use for this steak.

Ingredients to be Used for Beef with Sauce:

  • 250 grams of beef steak
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2.5 tea glasses of hot water
  • Salt, mint and thyme

Cooking Stages:

First Stage:

  • First, let's add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pan and wait until the pan gets hot. Then add the beef steaks we will use to the pan.

Second Stage:

We cook until there is no redness in the lower part of the meat. This stage is the sealing stage of the meat. We will not constantly turn over like chicken meat. After there is no redness on the bottom, we turn it and cook the other side. We will put the meat on a plate after there is no redness on both sides.

Third Stage:

We cut 1 onion into small pieces. Then we add three tablespoons of vegetable oil to a different pan. It would be better if there is olive oil. After waiting for 1-2 minutes, add the onions to the pan. Then add two tablespoons of tomato paste and hot water to the pan and mix.

The fourth stage:

We add the steaks we have sealed and kept on the plate into the pan. After cooking in this way for 15-20 minutes at medium temperature, our soft and delicious steak is ready. (You can add your favorite spices to the pan before the meat is cooked) I recommend adding salt after the steaks are cooked. - After removing the meat from the pan, add the remaining sauce over the meat. It tastes much better this way.
