Thanks so much for your explanation on delegation of so, it's my desire to delegate to the community, but am a new member with no tangible so, how can I delegat, beside, is it mandatory that you tag #club 5050,if yes, as I don't have much do will I be permitted, I have not withdrawn anything since I joined and I am not ready to withdraw yet ,am I qualified?
