Amiga Marlyn, without a doubt, you always present us with magical recipes in your kitchen and with a lot of style, this sautéed sirloin steak with fresh salad and yogurt sauce is ideal to enjoy a good dish, without complications.

Chopping the meat into small and thin strips allows it to better absorb the flavor of the rest of the ingredients, and I also like to add the julienne onion because it gives a better style to the presentation and prevents it from breaking in front of the meat.

It is beautiful to see how you show us the cut of the ingredients of the salad (cucumber, tomato and onion) before placing it in the bowl to season it,

The touch of freshly crushed garlic gives a rich flavor to the yogurt sauce, I'm sure it was very tasty.

Siempre tan amable, trayendo buenas vibras, @alicargofer. Precisamente acabo de leer tu post en el concurso de Steem venezuela y me encantó leerlo. Por allá te dejé mi comentario.

Sabes que hace poco sacamos cuentas mi hermana y yo y descubrimos que se gasta mucho menos cuando usas lomito, ya que otras carnes se encojen mientras se cocinan. Y en verdad que la combinación de carne (o pollo), con ensalada y salsa de yogurt es buenísima. No le hace falta más nada. Agregamos pan porque estábamos desmayados del hambre, pero ni falta que le hace.

Aún pendiente de hacer tu receta de brazo gitano. Gracias por pasar por aquí. Un abrazo :)

Recently, my sister and I did the math and found out that you actually spend less money when you use tenderloin, since other meats shrink while cooking. The combination of beef (or chicken) with salad and yogurt sauce is really good. You don't need anything else. We added bread because we were starving, but there's no need for it.

Así es, tu hermana y tu tienen razón, la carne de primera rinde mucho más en la cocina, por muy poco comemos ricos y con mejor calidad. Feliz día.
