Hola Steemians que se encuentran en #steemfoods. Esta es mi primera publicación esta comunidad y quiero traerles una receta rica y sencilla, que solo tiene 3 ingredientes. Así que, a continuación les muestro los ingredientes y el paso a paso para realizar este rico helado con galleta.

Hello Steemians who are on #steemfoods. This is my first post this community and I want to bring you a tasty and simple recipe, which only has 3 ingredients. So, below I show you the ingredients and the step by step to make this rich ice cream with cookie.

INGREDIENTES || INGREDIENTS

• 200 g de crema de leche (fría)
• 200 g de leche condensada
• 1 paquete de galletas de su preferencia

• 200 g of milk cream (cold)
• 200 g of condensed milk
• 1 package of cookies of your choice

PROCEDIMIENTO || PROCEEDINGS

PASO 1 || STEP 1

We look for a container large enough to make all our mixture, and we pour all our milk cream.

With a blender we are going to make circular motions.

Stop when the cream doubles in size.

Add the condensed milk to the previously whipped cream.

Beat until a homogeneous mixture is created.

Vierta la mezcla en un recipiente con tapa.

Pour the mixture into a container with a lid.

Agarra las galletas que seleccionaste y córtalas en trozos.

Take the cookies you select and cut them into pieces.

A continuación, añada las galletas a la mezcla previamente vertida en el recipiente.

Cerrar y refrigerar durante al menos 2 horas.

Me gusta mucho hacer esta receta, ya que en mi zona hace mucho calor y era la mejor manera de refrescarse, al menos durante un rato.

I really like making this recipe, as it is very hot in my area and it was the best way to cool off, at least for a while.
