Traditional Sicilian recipe-Mother-in-law's recipe-Aneletti al forno !!!
Ingredients for 12 people:
Anelletti 1 Kg
Ragù 600 gr
Parmesan 200 gr
Primosale 100 gr
Tomato sauce 250 ml
Bread crumbs
Olive oil
1 Cook the pasta in hot water (aneletti)
2 Take the sauce that I have already prepared, and add it to the already cooked pasta
then mix the mixture well
3 Add the hot tomato sauce, mix everything well
4 Add the Parmesan cheese (Cheese)
5 In a rectangular pan put tomato sauce
6 a drizzle of olive oil
7 Add the pasta and form a layer
8 a layer of Parmesan cheese
9 another layer of meat sauce
10 Then add more soft cheese (FIRST SALT)
11 put another layer of pasta (anelletti)
12 breadcrumbs and oil
13 Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes in a static oven, then wait for it to cool down a bit and serve !!

it is really super pasta recipe and here i will appreciate your every step explanation and you added Cheese at perfect time,so i was not feeling Cheese in pasta in this style so , nice effort and really it is wonder traditional food in your area . i love macroni very much, but i did not try Cheese in pasta, i have no idea why, but now i have wish to taste it in pasta next time
trust that Parmigiano Reggiano is good everywhere! except on fish!
