I learned that in a meal program in Turkey famous Italian risotto from Italian Danilo Zanna's how it's done. Do you know Danilo Chef? :) Some amount of wine (approximately 50 grams) from the original risotto recipe is also used. Have you made risotto by adding white wine before? :)

yes you go there a little white wine, but I'm a teetotaler so I don't put it
