¡Saludos! hace mucho tiempo que no escribía sobre las plantas de mi jardín, en esta ocasión les hablaré sobre mis cactus.

Son plantas pertenecientes al género de cactáceas, son plantas xerófilas, es decir, prosperan en ambientes cálidos con poco agua. Existen muchas especies de cactus, desde los melocactus que son de forma redondeada achatada y espinosa, que dan flores y frutos en su corona, también estas las especies de nopales, que generan una penca aplanada y también dan frutos y los que son el forma de cardón , es decir crecen como un tronco alto lleno espinas, dependiendo del tipo pueden dar frutos llamados tunas, existen muchas variedades en cuanto formas y tamaños, los nombro de forma genérica porque no tengo el nombre científico de cada una de las especies que poseo.
Es todo un universo de tipos, tamaños y características diferentes, casi se pudiera decir que existe variedad para volverse un coleccionista, una vez que entras al mundo de los cactus ya no hay vuelta atrás, uno se convierte en un apreciador de estas hermosas plantas.
They are plants belonging to the genus of cacti, they are xerophytic plants, that is, they thrive in warm environments with little water. There are many species of cacti, from the melocactus which are rounded, flat and prickly, which bear flowers and fruits on their crown, also these cactus species, which generate a flattened stalk and also bear fruit, and which are the form of Cardón, that is, they grow like a tall trunk full of thorns, depending on the type they can bear fruits called prickly pears, there are many varieties in terms of shapes and sizes, I name them generically because I do not have the scientific name of each of the species that I possess.
It is a whole universe of different types, sizes and characteristics, you could almost say that there is variety to become a collector, once you enter the world of cacti there is no turning back, one becomes an appreciator of these beautiful plants.
Cuidados / Care
Los cactus son de las plantas más resistentes a los climas cálidos de poca lluvia, no es necesario regarlas tan frecuentemente, con una poco de agua al día es suficiente y por supuesto ponerlas al sol, son tan adaptables que incluso he visto que pueden prosperar en ambientes interiores, sin embargo lo ideal es ponerlas al exterior donde puedan recibir a plenitud los rayos de sol.
Cacti are one of the most resistant plants to hot climates with little rain, it is not necessary to water them as frequently, with a little water a day is enough and of course to put them in the sun, they are so adaptable that I have even seen that they can thrive in indoor environments, however the ideal is to put them outside where they can fully receive the sun's rays.
Mi experiencia / My experience
En publicaciones anteriores siempre me he sentido orgullosa de mis plantas de jardín, sin embargo, la situación de crisis de mi país hace que tengamos muchas fallas en el suministro de agua, por lo que me esfuerzo mucho por mantener hidratadas mis plantas aun en eta mala situación, el año pasado como algo completamente irónico perdí uno de mis arbustos de Isoras debido a una lluvia con vientos muy fuertes, por lo que me doy cuenta que el cambio climático se hace sentir cada día mas fuerte, vivo en una zona cálida con pocas lluvias al año y ahora cuando las lluvias al fin llegan estas son con demasiado viento que no es bueno para las plantas, es por ello que ahora me he vuelto aficionada a los cactus, estos resisten a la sequia y la escases de agua, eso me parece una ventaja que debo aprovechar para no perder la alegría que me genera tener platas en mi jardín, creo que es algo terapéutico, el cuidado de las plantas y su belleza generan un estado emocional idóneo para soportar la crisis que afecta a mi país, es decir, incluso las plantas que no se consumen también son curativas.
In previous publications I have always been proud of my garden plants, however, the crisis situation in my country means that we have many failures in the water supply, so I try hard to keep my plants hydrated even in bad weather. Last year as something completely ironic I lost one of my Isoras bushes due to a rain with very strong winds, so I realize that climate change is feeling stronger every day, I live in a warm area with few rains a year and now when the rains finally arrive these are with too much wind that is not good for the plants, that is why now I have become fond of cacti, they resist drought and water shortages, that makes me It seems an advantage that I must take advantage of so as not to lose the joy that having plants in my garden generates, I think it is something therapeutic, the care of the plants and their beauty generate an ideal emotional state to withstand the crisis that affects my country, that is, even plants that are not consumed are also healing.

Estan muy bonitos tus cactus y tienen la ventaja de ser muy resistentes a la sequía, por eso son plantas que requieren de poco agua y muy fáciles de cuidar sobre todo si te tienes que ausentar del hogar, saludos
