Fast Food Dinner due to Water Disruption after a Week Without Internet

Hello everyone! It is great to be able to post again after a while. I lost my Internet for about a week. It was a major inconvenience because my family and I use the Internet a lot, both for errands such as paying bills and for the purpose of entertainment. My parents were in extreme boredom due to the sudden change as they usually watch movies and shows on the Internet as an entertainment.

It is acceptable to be deprived of our usual entertainment but the worst is that we were unable to pay bills as the Internet was off around the end of the month which is the time we pay most of our bills. I called the service helpline multiple times and in the end the technician came to my home today and figured out that the problem was the modem. He replaced our old modem with a new one and now we have our Internet back.

Unfortunately, we had to face another problem today which is water disruption. Many places in the Klang Valley, Malaysia are accepted including my own place. It all started due to some toxic spillage into a river that is the source of water for many areas in Kuala Lumpur.

The government is taking steps to treat the water and thus, the water disruption. This is an unscheduled water disruption and hence none of us were prepared. We did not cook anything today and just ordered pizza in the hope that the issue will be settled soon. Seems like it will take longer than 3 days to get it fixed.

So we ordered some pizza and other side dishes from Domino's. I am not a fan of fast food but I don't mind if it is pizza :D

These are all of the items we ordered. It does look like it is a lot but it was needed because I did not eat a filling meal for lunch as we only had the leftovers due to the water disruption.

These are the crazy chicken crunchies in tomyam variation. In the picture, they looked like they were large but I was shocked to see them in real as they were so little! They tasted good though especially the sauce.

This is a large garlic bread that came for free with the pizza set along with a sauce. The sauce containers can be reused because they came with an attached lid. Such containers will be very convenient for travelling meal packages.

This is a large BBQ Chicken pizza. It had chunks of shredded chicken, green pepper, onions, cheese and a BBQ sauce. This one tasted the best.

This is the other pizza I had which is a regular pizza called tuna temptation. It had multiple toppings such as tuna chunks, pineapple, mushroom, crab meat and onions as well. I don't really like tuna in general but this was not bad.

While I am uncomfortable and not happy with the current situation where we have water disruption, I am glad that at least we had pizza. It is one of the few good things that happened today.
