MANJAR DE MANGO// POSTRE DE FÁCIL PREPARACIÓN

Les traigo una receta muy nutritiva el manjar de mango, es muy fácil y sencilla su preparación.
INGREDIENTES
- 3 mangos
- azúcar al gusto
- maizena
- agua

PREPARACIÓN
Pelar los mangos

Picarlos en cuadritos

Colocarlos en una olla con dos tazas de agua y ponerlos a hervir.

Agregarle la azúcar .

Cuando empiece a hervir colocarle 1/2 cucharadita de canela.

Bajar del fuego y esperar que repose para licuar .

verter en la licuadora y licuar.

Una vez licuado verter en la olla y llevar a fuego lento.

Incorporar 1 cucharada de maizena ya diluida en agua lentamente y removiendo constantemente.

Remover constante mente hasta que espese la mezcla.

Luego dejar enfriar un poco y colocar en recipientes pequeños dejar reposar y luego llevar al refrigerador por 3 horas.

Servir frio.
