Cuando los colores de la maravillosa naturaleza se imponen llega la primavera, una estación del año que nos rodea con una energía mágica llena de olores, colores y sensaciones, en todo su esplendor.

When the colours of the marvellous nature are imposed, spring arrives, a season of the year that surrounds us with a magical energy full of smells, colours and sensations, in all its splendour.

Me encanta la naturaleza, las plantas, las flores, las mariposas, el mar y en primavera los días comienzan a iluminarse, con todas las plantas que dan flores y frutas, el sol calienta con más fuerza, los animales despiertan de su letargo. Considero que es el mejor momento para conectarnos con la naturaleza y florecer junto a ella.

I love nature, plants, flowers, butterflies, the sea and in spring the days begin to light up, with all the plants that give flowers and fruits, the animals wake up from their lethargy, the sun warms up more strongly, I consider that it is the best time to connect with nature and bloom with it.

La primavera en Venezuela

En Venezuela existe un clima de dos estaciones una muy seca y la otra lluviosa. Luego de una época muy seca comienza la primavera periodo, en la cual el árbol araguaney cambia de color con un amarillo muy predominante, cambiando el color verde que posee durante casi todo el año, esto se produce a inicios del mes de Abril al florecer.

Lo más importante de este periodo, es el reverde y la floración de las plantas. Por eso es la temporada favorita de muchas personas, incluyéndome, ya que nos conectamos y dejamos fluir con la energía de la vida, observando la belleza de los árboles y plantas, que nos rodean, es mejor que nos déjemos impregnar por la luz del sol y verás como tu energía se renueva.

The most important part of this period is the greening and flowering of the plants. That is why it is the favorite season of many people including me, because we connect and let the energy of life flow, observing the beauty of the trees and plants, which surround us and give us life, it is better to let us be impregnated by the sunlight and see how your energy is renewed.

Cuando el strees de la rutina diaria nos afectan, nada mejor que perderse entre los arboles, salir a pasear por cascadas, campos, eso nos beneficia de una manera positiva, puesto que fortalece el sistema respiratorio, mejora el estado de ánimo, la vitamina D del sol mejora la salud de nuestros huesos, que libera y relaja nuestra mente y cuerpo. Por esta razón aprovechemos sencillamente de todos estos momentos de primavera.

When the stress of daily routine makes us, nothing better than getting lost in the trees, going for walks in waterfalls, fields, that benefits us, since it strengthens the respiratory system, improves the mood, the vitamin D from the sun improves the health of our bones and releases and relaxes our mind and body. Viviría rodeada de flores, y la primavera es genial para ello, por eso disfruto y aprovecho los días de primavera para recibir toda la buena energía que me transmite y me hace sentir feliz.
