Poetry: The Only Prevention.
You can only try your best to get it to be on your side,
And leave everything else for life to decide,
And hope you end up on the top side.
When one refuses to stay satisfied,
And work with what life has deemed fit to provide,
And decides to go for other means that make your conscience defiled,
In order to change life's set tide,
Then it's repercussions are surely justified.
This actions only lead to eternal resentment,
A regret of that lasts a lifetime,
And this would only just be an understatement,
The only prevention remains contentment.
