Wood Bark

Original photo, no filter. It's always caught my attention when homeowners go above and beyond when it comes to landscaping their yard. I think it's neat when people get creative and try something new rather than the standard green grass and the white picket fence. Wood bark seems to be popular from what I've been seeing. Low maintenance compared to having to mow the grass every couple weeks. I wonder how often they have to be freshened up with a new supply of bark, or does the bark last forever? Sun rays in the photo.
