Russian Salad Recipe
Both the taste and texture of this Russian salad are different from other salads because half the boiled mixed vegetables have been used.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped and half-boiled mixed vegetables (green beans, carrots, green peas, and potatoes)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- Salt, as per taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, as per taste.
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and serve cold.
