Drinking this drink at a lukewarm temperature not only provides relief but at the same time it helps in reducing fat. Ingredients

2 tbsp chopped mint
4 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
salt to taste

Method

Mix honey, lemon juice, cumin powder, salt, and 2 & 1/2 cups of lukewarm water in a deep bowl.
Add the mint leaves and mix well. Put this drink in 4 different small glasses and serve immediately.
