Fruit Veggie Salad (It's a must have!)
A light-tempered salad with delicious dressing, it is a great starter for evenings, both summer and cold! Sweet and short story behind this recipe is, it's my daughter favourite. 🙂

Instructions:

- Total Time: 20 mins
- Serve: For 4
Ingredients:
- 1 cup orange
- 1 cup sliced apple
- 1/2 cup banana slices
- 1/2 cup sliced pineapple
- 1/2 cup seasonal slices
- 2 beets, chopped or sliced
- 1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
- 2 tbsp pomegranate
- 2 tbsp roasted and crushed peanuts
To make mixed dressing:
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp light cream
- 2 tsp orange squash
- Salt and freshly ground peppercorns to taste
- few coriander leaves.
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix the dressing lightly. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve immediately.
