Your special skills and specialization are so valuable and what you do is priceless (sometimes undervalued)... you certainly deserve more than just a car for all the risk that you take and everything else... like the personal attention for your family, your mom, you sister, your kids that you give up full time and attention to so that you can attend to the needs of others in your profession!

I was so tired come Sunday morning that I slept over 12 hours, had some leftovers, put up this post, gave the okay for the kids to order some pizza, showered and went to bed. If I don't get a full weekend off I'd sure have a bit of a struggle the next work week. I was up for an hour then went back to nap another few hours.
