Cooking DIY: Alu-Beguni Chop (Potato-Eggplant Fry).

Hello All,

How are you doing today?

This is my first time showing my cooking skill in this community.
I will share my cooking blog/vlog from now on.

This time it is about Alu-Beguni Chop (Potato-Eggplant Fry).

This is the food that I was talking about above.

I will now share how I did that step by step.

I pour some oil in the pan to make it hot.

Made liquid Beson.

For Beguni Chop (Eggplant Fry)

I chopped a eggplant in thin level.

Mixed chopped eggplants with the liquid beson.

Mixed it properly.

Then put it in the pan with hot oil.

It's finished after sometime.

For Alu Chop (Potato Fry)

Mashed potato with salt and chilly.

Put it into the pan.

And it got the finishing.

Then it's finished.
