My first quarantined fritters.

Today I bring you a very delicious recipe that will steal our hearts, I am talking about fritters, in Venezuela they are known as "Churros", their crispy, golden exterior and their sweet flavor totally captivate us.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour (2 cups)
Water (2 cups)
Butter (2 tablespoons)
Sugar (3 tablespoons)
Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
Salt (½ teaspoon)
Eggs (2 units)
Chocolate

Next the elaboration process.
We start by adding the water, butter and salt in a pot, then we bring it to a fire.
When it starts to boil, turn off the heat, then add the wheat flour, sugar, cinnamon and mix.
Once the ingredients are integrated, we add 1 egg, mix and then add the other egg. Mix until you get a smooth dough without lumps.
We let it rest for a few minutes, then we add the mixture to our pastry sleeve.
We begin to fry on both sides until they are golden brown.
