Since we are in quarantine I have dedicated part of my time to making many recipes, I really like it and the best thing is that my family is delighted. Today I am going to tell you how to prepare these fried cookies, although it sounds a bit strange because we think that cookies are baked, but it is not like that, this recipe is totally different and perfect for a snack when we have anxiety attacks.

To prepare these cookies we need the following ingredients:

• 2 cups of wheat flour.
• 3 cups of water.
• 1/3 cup of oil.
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla.
• ½ teaspoon of salt.

Step by Step.

1. To start this preparation, we add the water in a pot together with the salt and the oil and let it boil.
   

   

2. Once the water is boiling, we turn off the heat and add the wheat flour, vanilla and with a wooden paddle we begin to mix until we get a very thick dough and without lumps. Let cool for about 10 minutes.
   

   

3. We add the mixture in a pastry sleeve and we begin to assemble our cookies. Any way can be done.
   

   

4. We take it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
   

   

5. While the cookies are refrigerated, mix the cinnamon with the sugar and reserve.
   

   

6. Later we heat a pan with plenty of oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
   

   

7. We remove the cookies, let it drain on a napkin and then we pass it through the sugar and cinnamon.
   

   

Let cool and serve. In this easy way we obtain these delicious fried cookies.
