Day 16, 6th june, Saturday - The daily diary game by steemit

Hello there everyone I'm so happy that i have been writing my daily diary post since day 1. I really like being engaged in these weekly challenges by @steemitblog and because of quarantine i have so much spare time that I'm spending here.

As i wrote in my previous post I'm still at my aunts home

I woke up around 9 AM in the morning. Its a normal time for me to wake up as we have been in quarantine for more than 2 months now so its my sleeping schedule has kind of flipped and slowly slowly I'm just getting used to it i wonder if it will create troubles for me after quarantine ends let's hope no troubles :)

I woke up freshen up, brush my teeths and then shower because my aunt been already calling me upstairs to have breakfast so i went upstairs as soon as i could.

We all have had pasta in the morning breakfast. Its so yummy and so spicy and i really like having spicy food all the time no matter if it's breakfast lunch or dinner time it really doesn't matter for me. I'm so foodie!

Pasta
spaghetti is made of milled wheat and water. Italian spaghetti is made from durum wheat semolina, but elsewhere it may be made with other kinds of flour. Macaroni is a variety of dry pasta in the shape of narrow tubes, We have all rejoiced it with are desi flavors thanks to Nestle.

Recipe step by step

Whenever I make any Pasta recipe, I always try to add some vegetables to it. The addition of veggies makes the pasta more wholesome and adds some crunch too. Though this macaroni pasta recipe can be made without vegetables also.

In a pan, heat 3 cups water and one and half teaspoon salt. Bring it to a boil, now Add 1 heaped cup macaroni or elbow macaroni like 125 grams elbow macaroni. Now Stir with a fork lets Begin to cook macaroni on medium to medium high flame now Cook macaroni till they are al dente meaning they should have a slight bite to them then Drain all the water and keep cooked macaroni aside, now Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Lower the flame. Add 1 and half teaspoon minced garlic or finely chopped garlic or 3 to 4 small garlic cloves, minced or finely chopped. You can also add one and half teaspoon ginger-garlic paste instead now slice it till the garlic is light brown or till its raw aroma goes away. Now add chopped vegetables according to your taste like chopped onion then tomatoes peas anything you want to add. Now add all the spice powders one by one-Fourth teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 fourth teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 fourth teaspoon garam masala powder, 1 and half teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 and half teaspoon coriander powder and one and half teaspoon cumin powder now mix the spices with the vegetables for a few seconds. Now Pour 1 cup of water mix it again then cover the pan with lid On a medium low to medium flame simmer till the vegetables are cooked. In between do check and if the water has become less you can add some more water Once the vegetables are cooked and tender, add the cooked macaroni. some gravy or curry or sauce will be there when you add the pasta. Mix well On a low to medium low flame simmer for a few more minutes till all the water is absorbed. Stir at intervals Lastly add 1 teaspoon mixed dry herbs – basil, thyme, oregano, parsley. You can add dried herbs of your choice or Italian herbs or Italian seasoning or even fresh herbs Mix again. check the seasonings and add more salt or herbs if required.
you can top with some grated cheddar or vegetarian parmesan cheese or cream before serving. Garnish the pasta with some finely chopped coriander leaves or parsley or any fresh herb of your choice before serving. You can even sprinkle some chili flakes on macaroni pasta before eating. Now its all ready!

After having breakfast we All came downstairs to have Some fun together we played some games together till it was time for lunch. So now we went upstairs again just to have lunch lol! It was around 2PM

How about having some real Indian food? It's called "pav" Which looks like bread and next its spinach with chickpeas Indian style also there is chopped onion as Salad

We all have had lunch together and then again we all came downstairs. We felt a little sleepy so we all decided to take a nap we slept for like 1 And half hour.

Then later in the evening i went out again with one of my cousin for a evening walk it's wasn't really a walk but yeah.

If you see in picture clearly there is a tractor which is ploughing the field to get ready for the next crop!

Also you can see the weather it was a little cloudy.

Do i look any different from the other day? No i don't think so except the t-shirt lol

After few hours both of us returned back to home.

Still there's a lot more to add hold on....

When we returned it was almost time for having dinner so i freshen up quickly and went upstairs again so many of you already noticed that i only go upstairs to eat lol.

That's fried rice and some Vegetables and pickle and some salad! And and curd Delicious isn't it? Obviously it was!

After having dinner my big cousin brother said that we should go on a little walk again so we went a little walk again and headed outside

There is nothing in the picture but there you can see the moon is about to come up it was so dark i could not capture anything except moon even captured it barely.

After coming back we played some mobile games together but in our own phones lol

Later we have had some family conversations also im going back to my home tomorrow!

Not a big fan of spicy food, but the pasta looks yummy

In Italy, it is also customary to prepare pasta al denti. However, the sauce for pasta is prepared earlier than the pasta. The sauce is ready, start cooking the pasta for 8-10 minutes, then add to the sauce, mix everything well and it's ready! Nice to read your diary and see the photo, thank you, @rishabh99946

I was focus in your weather screenshot, 36 degree... it absolutely killing us, we can barely suffer 31 degree, but 36 is driving us crazy for sure

Sometime it goes over 45°C here we are used it and its normal temperature during summer in most parts of India

So we probably can only travel to India during your winter, at least it won’t be 40+ degree, say, 25-28 is the best temperature to us

Well in winter the minium it goes in my city is around 8°C.

8 degree is ok to us, we can wear more clothes, but the temperature different is too large in your city anyway

Yes different regions also global warming impacts can't really do anything about it. Just have to get used to it one way or another.
