Sunday's Treat Wasn't Enough!
Yesterday was the carb loading day, I had macaroni salad, Thai coconut curry with rice, chili with rice, avocado and corn salad, roasted chicken, two tiny custards, about two inches slice of muffin and the last bites are for these beautiful donuts!
Guess how many donuts have I eaten?
So this was the day were I would binge on sweet treats, however I couldn't handle more donuts than two! Oh no! I wanted to eat more but the sugar seemed like slapped me on the face, I couldn't take another bite after finishing two donuts, what happened? I used to eat at leat 5 donuts, maybe I loaded on the other food before splurging for my freaking donuts!
Am not sure if it's a good thing because I don't like storing junk food in the fridge and I don't want to give away more donuts coz I did gave the other half away. So what yo do with the rest of the donuts?
