Bundia (Traditional food in our area during the month of Ramadan)
It's the time of Ramadan. For the most part we prepare different dinners to break our brisk during the night. It's 15 hours long fasting so ensuring nutritious sustenance is an outright need. Moreover as in this noteworthy time allotment, the sugar level goes low so it's more intelligent to have some baked good too.
Today I will tell you the best way to make Budia, a conventional dish in our general vicinity. This food is eaten during Iftar. It is a well known food in our general vicinity. You may not see this around Philippines. Generally individuals from our area set up this thing. It needs loads of elements without a doubt however flavorful to eat.
What we need?
The essential Ingredients are:
- Bason 1 cup
- One-fourth of a teaspoon of breaking powder
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon 2 parts salt
- suger
- food color (red, green)
- Like the amount of oil
How to prepare?
The main thing that is needed to make Bundia is Bason. Bason should be taken quantitatively.
Then give enough water in the bason. And you have to mix well.
Then heat the pan with adequate amount of oil. Then the mixture of bason and water should be fried with that oil.
Then take 2 cups of suger.
Then the sugars should be mixed with the quantity of water to make "sugar syrup".
Then the fried bason should be soaked in sugar syrup for 5-10 minutes.
If you work in this way, bundia will be made very easily.
We if all else fails recollect two or three other food things for our plate near to this dish. Individuals love to have this with various southern style things. In addition, many take it with hot curry.
