Nuggets For New Mums.
I know your body looks different from what you expected. Your belly is still big, your body is still sore or incision area still hurts, breasts are sore and you need more sleep?
As much as I know you want to get your body back quickly, I want you to take it easy on yourself. You have birthed a miracle. A miracle that took 9 months. There is really no rush darling, no award is given to those who got their body back fast.
Who is chasing you? Society? Family? Friends? In-laws? Or even your spouse? TAKE YOUR TIME and adapt to the new life. Your body had just gone through a lot and has lost a lot too. You should allow yourself to heal and recuperate. I am not saying be reckless, but give yourself time to breathe.

Your wife found a Gem. :(( It may be funny, but if these are the things you tell her in the house, then she won't have reasons to put herself in meaningless pressures.
I have seen men that tell their wife that- "you better fix your body quick, see as you just dey". I will be like, you are one of the causes of the "dey". You think it is easy? I am not married but I pray to marry someone I can really treat as a QUEEN.
Thank you for your kind words and also for this brilliant contribution. Some men have unrealistic expectations and it aches my heart. She wasn't like that when you married her, so it should be obvious that the changes to her body is as a result of the child she carried for you. I just wish most of us could be honest and objective about things.
