Fanta Sea.
She was promised the world
She was insistent and took him for his word
He told her of fantasies as in a movie
She saw her life like Hollywood on TV
Better than those in desperate housewives
Her thoughts were filled with fantasies
Little did she know in reality, it is a Fanta Sea
Reality check of what you ordered vs what you got
Left to rue her vulnerability
She withdrew from the world to lick her wounds
Her eyes spoke of the things that never were
Of the pains buried deep inside
Filled with regrets and embarrassment
She gave her all, hoping for the ray of light
The light at the end of her tunnel
Came from a rushing train that moved by so fast
Now, she is back to reality and begins to wonder
Every night, with soaked pillow, her mind wander
Thank you for your time.

I think there is always a point in everyone life where he or she receive reality checks. Although undesired, these reality checks aid in our developments, being it social, emotional, financial, and others. The bible even says the truth shall set you free. For so long, we get caught up in fantasies and unrealistic expectations, and Life has its way of bringing our minds home.

Everyone has an other life in our dream. But most of the time we become fail to make our dream true and start with another dream.
