Yaprak sarması (vegan)
Vine leaf(grape leaf),onion,parsley,pine nuts,currant,cinnamon,black pepper,rice,olive oil.Onions are cut thinly.Onions and pine nuts are roasted in olive oil.Rice,parsley,salt,currants,black pepper,cinnamon are added.
Vine leaves are washed and boiled.(10-15 min.)When the rice mixture cools down ,it is put as in the photo.
Leaf is wrapped.
Glass plate is covered so that the leaves do not open.
After placing it in the pot,the amount of water is adjusted as in the photo.Cook on medium heat until the leaves are soft.
