GALLETAS AL ESTILO POLVOROSA // DUSTY STYLE COOKIES

Aquí les traigo la receta de una delicia de galletas que quedan como las galletas polvorosas, especiales!.

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS- 100 gr de maizena // 100 gr of cornstarch
- 125 gr de azúcar // 125 gr of sugar
- 1 cucharadita de levadura // 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1 cucharada grande de cacao // 1 large tablespoon of cocoa
- 1 pizca de sal // 1 pinch of salt
- 80 ml de aceite // 80 ml of oil
- 250 gr de mantequilla // 250 gr of butter
- 450 gr de harina de trigo // 450 gr of wheat flour
PROCESS
PROCESSEn un bold unir el aceite, la sal, el azúcar y la mantequilla, mezclar hasta que quede una crema, en la imagen pueden ver la unión de estos primeros cuatro ingredientes.
In a bold mix the oil, salt, sugar and butter, mix until there is a cream, in the image you can see the union of these first four ingredients.
Luego a esa misma mezcla ir agregando poco a poco la maizena, la harina y la levadura e ir amasando hasta que quede suave.

Dividir la masa en dos partes iguales.

Luego a una de esas porciones agregar el cacao en polvo y amasar hasta que quede homogénea.

Armar pequeñas bolas de 5 a 7 gr de cada una de las masas.

Las galletas se arman con seis bolitas, tres de vainilla y tres de chocolate, formando un circulo y alternando cada cada color o sabor.

Con la ayuda de nuestras manos le damos forma redondeada, quedando de la siguiente manera.

La verdad que estas galletas quedan super deliciosas, con un vaso de leche no paro de comerlas, con esa cantidad de ingredientes me salieron 28 galleticas. pero 28 galletas que me comería sola sin mirar a quien. Hacer las bolitas lleva algo de tiempo pero con la ayuda de otra persona se hacen mas rápidas. Pero la verdad es que vale la pena mis amigos, si se animan hacerlas la verdad no se arrepentirán.
