Behind The Photo contest - Edition #7 /Happy Carnival in the pool/ Carnavales felices en la piscina

Se acercaba el carnaval y al principio no teníamos idea de cómo hacer para que nuestros hijos lo disfrutaran. De manera imprevista, la semana anterior, a mi amada esposa le llega un mensaje de que la empresa tenía un plan familiar en su club, para nuestra alegría. Entonces fuimos el día sábado 22 de febrero a ese club, para que nuestros hijos jugaran en la piscina, una opción maravillosa y que no requiere inversión monetaria, únicamente teníamos que montarnos en el carro e ir a San Tomé desde nuestro hogar, ubicado en San José de Guanipa llamado comúnmente El Tigrito; el tiempo de viaje es de 15 minutos aproximadamente. Al amanecer del sábado me desperté temprano para hacer un rico y especial desayuno y así todos tuviésemos fuerzas para aguantar el día de piscina. Mis hijos felices se despertaron a buscar la ropa que llevarían y luego disfrutaron de su comida. Ahora sí estábamos listos para salir a la aventura. Al llegar aprovechamos para tomarnos una fotografía grupal.

The carnival was approaching and at first we had no idea how to make our children enjoy it. Unexpectedly, the week before, my beloved wife got a message that the company had a family plan in its club, to our delight. So we went on Saturday February 22nd to that club, so that our children could play in the pool, a wonderful option that does not require monetary investment, we just had to get in the car and go to San Tomé from our home, located in San José de Guanipa commonly called El Tigrito; the trip time is approximately 15 minutes.
At dawn on Saturday I woke up early to make a nice and special breakfast so we all had the strength to endure the day at the pool. My happy children woke up to find their clothes and then enjoyed their food. Now we were ready to go on the adventure.
When we arrived we took a group photo.

Luego mi hijo no quiso perder el tiempo y de inmediato se lanzóa la piscina. Mi esposa e hija se ubicaron en un sitio a la sombra de un árbol; mientras que yo, por seguridad, preferí quedarme sentado frente a la zona donde se estaba bañando mi hijo. En una piscina como en cualquier cuerpo de agua, se debe tener la vista sobre nuestros hijos permanentemente. Ya para horas del mediodía les atacó el hambre y decidimos salir para ir a almorzar, además de que el sol estaba muy fuerte. Al llegar a casa, noté que tenía bastante quemadas en mis piernas, pero lo disfrutamos, nuestros hijos estaban felices, como pueden verlos en las fotografías siguientes.

Then my son didn't want to waste any time and immediately jumped into the pool. My wife and daughter took a spot in the shade of a tree, while I, for safety's sake, preferred to sit in front of the area where my son was swimming. In a pool, as in any body of water, you must keep your eyes on your children at all times.
By noon they were hungry and we decided to go out for lunch, and the sun was very strong. When we got home, I noticed that I had quite a few burns on my legs, but we enjoyed it, our children were happy, as you can see in the pictures below.*

Mi amada y bella esposa (@syllem) me había comentado de un concurso que existía sobre lo que estaba detrás de la fotografía, luego revisando mi feed me encontré con el post de @nelyp con la invitación a la edición número 7 del concurso. Agradezco a @nelyp, @johan.norberg y a @appreciator por hacer posible esta maravillosa iniciativa, que nos permite mostrar lo que sentimos al tomar una fotografía sin necesidad de ser un fotógrafo y tener una cámara profesional.

Las fotografías fueron tomadas con el Smartphone de mi esposa un Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro. Las imágenes de la piscina fueron capturadas con el lente de la cámara trasera de 12 MP y la selfie tiene 20 MP.

My beloved and beautiful wife (@syllem) had told me about a contest that existed about what was behind the picture, then checking my feed I found the post from @nelyp with the invitation to the 7th edition of the contest. I thank @nelyp, @johan.norberg and @appreciator for making possible this wonderful initiative, which allows us to show what we feel when we take a picture without the need of being a photographer and having a professional camera.

The pictures were taken with my wife's Smartphone a Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro. The pool images were captured with the 12 MP rear camera lens and the selfie has 20 MP.
